From the Shack to the Big House!
We take pride in preparing delightful smoked meats from original BBQ methods practiced for over 20 years. Our goal is to “feed you like family” The quality products and ingredients have not changed since we began serving the community from the “Little Smoke Shack” located in the South end of Louisville. So stop in for some “real” slow-smoked hickory BBQ and perhaps some good conversation and memories made with friends and family.
